conservation agreement
This Conservation Agreement has been entered into under the terms of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Act for the following purposes:

To preserve vegetation communities poorly conserved in the region and manage their structure in a condition that maintains viable habitat for native animal species.

To protect flora and fauna species identified by the Oxygen Farm Association and the Minister as being of regional conservation significance due to the species being listed as endangered on the Schedules 12 and 13 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act, 1974.

To protect water quality in part of the Bulga Creek catchment.

To provide a resource for scientific research

To promote the concept of Oxygen Farming.

To preserve and respect Aboriginal sites which may exist on the land.

Plan of Management for Lands
Subject to Voluntary Conservation Agreement

The Plan of Management for the Oxygen Farm is undergoing revision.
