To ensure tax deductibility of donations a receipts will be issued in the name of the Oxygen Farm Public Gift Fund and will contain the following elements:
- the date the donation was received
- name of the organisation
- name of the fund
- signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the fund
- name of the donor
- an indication that the fund is listed on the Register of Environmental Organisations
