The Oxygen Farm Public Gift Fund was entered into the

REGISTER OF ENVIRONMENTAL ORGANISATIONS

with

Environment Australia

On 30th July 2001

and is now entitled to receive tax deductible donations under item 6.1.1 of subsection 30-55 (1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997

The Register of Environmental Organisations is a register of approved environmental organisations to which donations of money or property are tax deductible as from the date of their entry on the Register. Registration enables approved environmental organisations to offer their supporters the incentive of a tax deduction and thereby enhance the organisations' fundraising ability.
